the utensils weren’t clean, and the couch felt utterly dusty. i almost considered giving this place a decent review if only i’d received a welcome gift for all my troubles. apparently, we just aren’t special. disappointing, really, but you win some, you lose some.

A fantastic stay with a friendly staff who truly went out of their way to accommodate us, especially during challenging times. The spacious room with a bunk bed worked perfectly for our family.

The laundry facilities were limited, with only two washing machines and dryers, resulting in long queues during peak hours.

The One-Bedroom Family Theater Apartment was spacious enough for all of us, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk bed and the TV projector—it made every evening feel like a movie night! The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer right there made it easy to keep our clothes fresh during our 7-night stay. Overall, it was a fantastic home base for our adventures in the city.

The apartment layout facilitated a comfortable family experience, especially with separate sleeping and living areas. A well-equipped kitchenette made meal preparations simple, and the laundry facilities were incredibly convenient during our 8-night stay. However, the mattresses were firmer than expected, which took some adjustment, and sound insulation could be improved as noise from adjacent rooms occasionally disrupted our relaxation. Proximity to various convenience stores and easy access to the metro added to the convenience of our stay.
